Le responsable du programme « Learning and Development » du Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita, Vikish Rama, s’est vu octroyer le prix de Young Training leader of the Year lors des Africa Best Employer Brand Awards 2017. Cet événement est organisé chaque année par l’Employer Branding Institute depuis 2014 sur le continent africain, et identifie les professionnels dans le secteur des ressources humaines qui contribue à la gestion, l’innovation et le développement des talents.
Vikish Rama, qui occupe le poste d’Assistant Learning & Quality Managemer au Four Seasons, avec un degré en Gestion de tourisme et loisirs, avait fait plusieurs stages dans divers hôtels de l’île dont le Labourdonnais Waterfront, et a pris son premier emploi comme Learning & Development Coordinator au Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa, tout en suivant des formations pour se perfectionner dans son domaine.
« Nos employés sont le pilier de notre resort et leur fournir le meilleur de la formation et du support est la clé de leur succès. Vikish a accompli un excellent travail en menant notre département Learning and Development durant ces 15 derniers mois et je suis très fier de le voir reconnu au niveau international à travers cette récompense », a réagi Michel Volk, directeur général du Four Seasons.
Best Employer Brand Award bestowed to Four Seasons’ employee
The Young Training Leader of the Year 2017 has been granted to Four Seasons Resort Mauritius at Anahita’s Assistant Learning & Quality Manager Vikish Rama. The leader of the Learning and Development programme of the resort has been bestowed this recognition during the 4th Africa Best Employer Brand Awards held in December last year. This event is organised each year by the Employer Brand Institute since 2014 on the African continent and identifies professionals who contribute to Talent Management, Talent Innovation and Talent Development.
Holder of a degree in Tourism, Leisure and Recreation Management, Vikish Rama engaged himself in several internships in various hotels of the island, of which Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel, and started his first job as Learning & development Coordinator at Maradiva Villas Resort & Spa, while taking up further studies to shape his career and skills, before joining Four Seasons.
