Le champion en titre de l’AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open (ABMO), le Sud-Africain Dylan Frittelli a confirmé sa participation pour ce tournoi tant attendu du monde golfique à Maurice. Frittelli avait remporté l’édition 2017 du tournoi tri-sanctionné par l’European  Tour, le Sunshine Tour et l’Asian Tour joué au Heritage Golf Club. Le champion de 28 ans, 67^e mondial et 31^e de l’European Tour, se mesurera aux meilleurs des trois tours lors du tournoi qui se tiendra cette année au Four Seasons Golf Club Mauritius at Anahita du 29 novembre au 2 décembre prochains.

« Ma victoire à l’île Maurice a été un tournant dans ma carrière. Elle m’a aidé à me classer parmi les 50 meilleurs mondiaux, avec une belle saison 2018 lors de laquelle j’ai joué dans les quatre tournois majeurs pour la première fois. Mon retour à Maurice sera spécial pour moi grâce à tous ces bons souvenirs », a déclaré celui qui compte bien se battre pour garder son titre.

The title holder of the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open (ABMO), the South-African Dylan Frittelli confirmed his participation for the 2018 edition of the much awaited for golf tournament in Mauritius. Frittelli won the 2017 tournament tri-sanctioned by the European, Sunshine and Asian Tours at Heritage Golf Club. The 28-year old champion, currently 67^th on the Official World Golf ranking and 31^st on the European Tour, will be competing against the best players of the three tours at Four Seasons Golf Club Mauritius at Anahita, from the 29^th November to the 2^nd December.

“My victory in Mauritius came at such a key time in my career. It helped me break into the top 50 on the Official World Golf Rankings, setting up a great 2018 in which I played in all four Majors for the first time. So it will be special to return to Mauritius with all of those good memories,” said Dylan Frittelli, ready to defend his title.
