Sea n Tree, the new real estate project for the Mauritian market, has been launched on Saturday 6th October at Pointe aux Sables, where it will be developed. During the evening, Roland Maurel, the owner of the land and Director of Roland Maurel Group, shared the history of the land for which he had a crush five years ago. Among the guests present, there were some potential buyers who visited the site and took the opportunity to learn more about the project.
Located on a land of three acres, the project will be in two parts: by the sea, with beachfront apartments, and on the orchard side, in the heart of nature. Sea n Tree will consist of 32 units, a private Beach Club, two pools, a fitness centre, and a children’s playground in the heart of a centenary orchard as well as a boat dock. Sea n Tree is dedicated to those who want to live in a coastal village, enjoying simple things, while having access to the various facilities being near the capital and the centre.
