The French singer Calogero will be on stage for a unique concert in Mauritius on Saturday 3rd November, at SVICC, 8 pm. During the press conference held on Wednesday 31st October at Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resorts & Spa, he said that he was eager to see his Mauritian audience again, who is according to him very receptive, attentive and “always ready to party”.
The singer who started his “Liberté chérie” tour since March, said that he will also be interpreting his older titles on stage on Saturday, namely “En apesanteur”, “Face à la mer”, “Si seulement je pouvais lui manquer” and “Yalla”, among other popular songs. Calogero performed on stage in Mauritius for the first time in 2010 along his acoustic tour, followed by another show in 2016. Calogero said that he is very happy to be back in Mauritius and meet his Mauritian fans again. After the current tour, the singer will be working on the sound track of the coming Claude Lelouch’s sequel of “Un homme et une femme”.
