From Friday 14th to Saturday 22nd September, Hennessy Park Hotel will feature a Sushi culinary festival at SushiMe and Grain d’SEL restaurants. Chef Laxuman, a real Sushi Chef combining talent and international expertise, and who privileges freshness and quality of the products, will prepare original and surprising sushis during the Crazy Sushi Week. The Chef’s selections will be available every day at lunch and for dinner.

Crab, avocado and cucumber temaki, spicy tuna tartar and tempura
Cordon Bleu style sushi with chicken, ham and cheese, miso mayonnaise

California roll with fish tempura, French fries and mayonnaise with togarashi spices
Salmon sushi and kaiseki style tartar sauce with fruit
Foie gras Huramaki with mushrooms, soya caramel sauce
Fresh and dried fruit sushi, ripened cheese
