Dans le cadre de la consolidation de son plan de développement au niveau international, le groupe LUX* a recruté Karen Lai Yong en tant que Senior Vice-President – Global Business Development de The Lux Collective. En poste depuis début octobre, Mme. Lai Yong est basée au siège de The Lux Collective à Singapour et apportera « son expertise en matière de développement du business et une connaissance approfondie du monde des affaires de la région Asie-Pacifique », comme l’explique Paul Jones, CEO de The Lux Collective.
Expert-comptable de formation, Karen Lai Yong est détentrice d’une maîtrise en administration des affaires de la Manchester Business School. Au cours d’une carrière professionnelle de plus de 25 ans, elle a travaillé pour les groupes hôteliers InterContinental Hotel Group et Raffles International Limited, où elle a respectivement occupé les postes de Regional Director, Development Asia et de Vice-President, Business Development, Asia-Pacific, entre autres. Karen Lai Yong rejoint The Lux Collective après un passage au Club Med à Singapour où elle occupait le poste de vice-présidente du développement - ESAP (Asie de l’Est, Asie du Sud et Pacifique).
The Lux Collective welcomes its new Senior Vice-President – Global Business Development
Alongside the process of consolidating its development plan on the international level, LUX* group has recruited Karen Lai Yong as Senior Vice-President – Global Business Development of The Lux Collective. Since the beginning of October, Mrs. Lai Yong is based at The Lux Collective Head Office in Singapore and will bring “her expertise in terms of business development and a thorough knowledge of the business world of the Asia-Pacific region”, according to the CEO of The Lux Collective, Paul Jones.
With a background of Chartered Accountant, Karen Lai Yong is holder of a Master in Business Administration from the Manchester Business School. During her professional career of more than 25 years, she has worked for hotel groups such as InterContinental Hotel Group and Raffles International Limited, where she worked as Regional Director, Development Asia and Vice-President, Business Development, Asia-Pacific, respectively. Karen Lai Yong is joining the Lux Collective after a short time at Club Med in Singapore where she was the Vice-President of the Development –ESAP (East and South Asia and Pacific).
