After three years as Executive Assistant Manager at La Pirogue, Jérôme Favory has been promoted as the Resort Manager of the iconic hotel from Sun Resorts. With a Hospitality Management diploma from the Sir Gaetan Duval Hotel School, he developed a great experience in the sector, in the F&B and Operations departments, in Mauritius as well as in France, England, Middle-East and Asia. He worked for renowned brands such as Hilton, Oberoi, Le Méridien, Beachcomber, and Six Senses Hotels and Resorts.
