As from the 1st October 2018, hotels of Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels will be serving the new Beautiful Cocktail for the season 2018-2019, designed by Curty Laviolette, barman from Trou aux Biches Beachcomber. He is the winner of an internal contest with eight barmen from the group competing in the final round. Curty Laviolette created a fruity, fresh and pleasant drink, with a lemongrass stick in the place of the traditional stirrer. “I am happy! It is the result of a team work. I have made several trials before achieving the perfect mix and I have had the chance to have the advice of my colleagues”, said the winner. It is the second time for a barman from Trou aux Biches to win this Beautiful Cocktail contest.
The Beautiful Cocktail that will be served as welcome drink for the season 2018-2019 is a way to value the creativity of the employees and to offer to the guests an authentic experience.
