The sixth edition of the Moka Trail has been a success this year again with 1900 participants in the three races: Fun Jog (6 km) with 1036 participants, Petit Both (15 km) with 727 participants, and Grand Pouce (30 km) with 137 trailers. There was a great atmosphere, very good performances and nice weather for this trail meeting. Jean Marie Cadet and Anne Cecile Delchini won the main race of the Moka Trail, Le Grand Pouce, in 03:02:04 et 03:52:32 respectively. During this family event, the youngest ones had a special corner dedicated to them, where they could have fun and play under the supervision of qualified staff while their parents were running.
“We are happy to note the increasing interest of the public and the atmosphere during the event each year for the only trail to be organised in the centre of the island. We thank all the participants, the volunteers, and the sponsors who contribute each year to make of this trail an unmissable event of the sports calendar. We will be back next year with new performances and even more thrills!” said the Race Director of the Moka Trail, Simon Desvaux.
