From the 21st to the 30th September, The Address Boutique Hotel will be hosting a Tagine Festival at La Fourchette Restaurant. Discover the signature dish of Morocco, get an explosion of flavours, may It be with chicken, lamb or vegetables, and accompanied with semolina, bulgur or rice. The Chef will prepare the best tagine recipes, for lunch and dinner: Provençal vegetable tagine, couscous with parsley and tomato sauce, Mauritian-style fish tagine, bulgur with sauteed vegetable and creole spices, Thai-style chicken tagine with pepper and peas, semolina with raisins and coconut Thai sauce, Duck tagine with red wine, coriander semolina and allspice sauce, Honey lamb tagine, mint leaves, coriander, cumin, almond and allspice semolina, Chicken tagine with red wine and apricots, semolina with mint, and Seafood tagine with saffron pistil and semolina perfumed with curry leaves. The tagine is as from Rs. 320 per person.
