From the 23rd November to the 1st December, Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel will be hosting the Australian Chef Chris Wade, known as the Steak Maestro, for a culinary week. The event, organised in collaboration with the Australian High-Commission, AustCham, and #steakmaestro, will give the opportunity to discover the Chef Wade’s cuisine, combining indigenous British cuisine with Mediterranean and Asian flavours. He will use local quality products selected with #steakmaestro, The Gourmet Emporium and Austral Fisheries. The dinners will also feature great wines from New Horizon Wines. Chef Wade will be collaborating with Chef Nizam Peeroo to prepare the best of Australian traditional food. There will be a buffet every day for lunch and dinner at Rs. 1300 per person.
Australia will also be honoured at Yuzu Restaurant with a 5-course wine paring dinner on Friday 30th November. This event will be organised in collaboration with #steakmaestro and New Hotrizon Wines at the price of Rs 3300 per person for the menu.
