Labourdonnais Waterfront Hotel will be hosting a culinary festival dedicated to duck at Yuzu Asian Fusion Restaurant from the 1st to the 29th November. You will enjoy duck cooked in various ways: oven roasted, confit, the famous “canard à l’orange” and Peking duck, among others.
Chef Nizam Peeroo will prepare special recipes for a delectable lunch or dinner every day, à la carte, at Yuzu Restaurant.
